I have been a business man in the Gladstone Community for over thirty two years. In that time I have had the opportunity to do business with five Northland banks. They did a good job. I have been a customer, of Lawson Bank, for several years. The best description of their service is that they cater to the individual needs of their customers. The entire staff is always upbeat and friendly and they go out of their way to greet you when you enter the Bank. I haven’t experienced this type of excellent customer service and behavior at any other financial institution. It’s truly a Bank that cares and “everyone knows your name”.
